Replacing siloed legacy systems with one platform. V1 shipped MFA authentication, master data for customers, employees, facilities and suppliers, food-composition data with nutrition management, and operation audit logs — multi-tenant from day one so the business can expand across franchises.
A Stripe Connect integration I owned end to end: charging customers, splitting payouts across service providers, collecting platform fees, and webhook-driven reconciliation that caught and recovered failed charges and payouts.
Full-stack work across many subsystems: Shopify and Rakuten integrations, Google Sheets data sync, serverless AWS with SST. Migrated the live platform to a new payment provider — with orders still flowing.
